She knew things that most don't in the service dept at every other dealership I've dealt with! My truck is 1 of my favorite possessions! I've been frequenting this dealership the last month with my dad to finance my first car, and I am happy to say I had an amazing experience and left with a beautiful, quality vehicle. Corey Sexton was our salesman, and he went above and beyond in every regard. Every "silly" question I had as a brand new buyer was addressed and explained in a way that I could easily understand. I never felt unsure, pressured, or uneasy during the process. I received regular check-ins over SMS, and I was regularly sent any new used car arrivals I may've been interested in. He even went out of his way to communicate separately with my father as well for our convenience. Every other employee (especially our finance advisor) was equally as warm, welcoming and savvy on the job! We recently bought a new SUV from Jeff Schmidt Cadillac and could not have had a better experience. Our sales consultant, Collin did everything he could to help us with our decision and did an awesome job going over the vehicle with all of its features and settings. Even the Finance Manager, Mario, was super pleasant and extremely easy to deal with. Finally, they were very fair on our trade-in and when GM pulled back on an offer they had put out, Jeff Schmidt did the right thing and honored the deal we had worked up. My vehicle got hit by a deer took it to Cadillac body shop. The repair they did was Fantastic and no issues. The Manager Tiffany and trevor did an amazing job updating me through the process. Would take my car there again.
