The Best Price Guarantee is valid for any new or Factory Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchased in a retail transaction from one of our stores.
Written proof of the better price on comparable vehicle must be provided within 5 days of purchase and must be in the form of a Buyer’s Order or Purchase Agreement signed by an authorized representative of the selling dealer. This Buyer’s Order or Purchase Agreement must spell out all relevant terms that were involved in the original purchase; including but not limited to purchase price, year, make, model, trip, equipment, milage, trade in value, payoff, accessories, taxes, documentation fees, title fees, and subvented or special APR (if applicable.)
If suitable written proof is provided within the 5-day timeframe, 100% of the difference in price will be refunded to the principal balance of the loan if the vehicle was financed or to the customer if they possess a title free from liens. This refund typically will be processed within 10 business days but will occur only once the original purchase loan is finalized and/or all funds have cleared
Comparable vehicle must be the same year, make, model, trim, have the same equipment and be the same color.
New Cars
Applies to price of the vehicle only and is exclusionary of any and all factory incentives.
Comparable vehicle must have an odometer reading within 250 miles of purchased vehicle.
Comparable vehicle must be for sale within 50 miles of the dealership purchased from.
Comparable vehicle must have the same MSRP.
Certified Pre-Owned
Applies to price of the vehicle only.
Comparable vehicle must be Factory Certified by the manufacturer with the same coverages.
Comparable vehicle must have an odometer reading within 2500 miles of the purchased vehicle.
Comparable vehicle must be for sale within 50 miles of the dealership purchased from.
