I had a very positive experience last month visiting Jeff Schmitt Cadillac and test driving a few Cadillac CT-4 and CT-5 sports sedans. My salesperson, Mr. Corey Sexton, was extremely helpful in answering my questions.

I visited Jeff Schmitt Cadillac, located at, 631 South Orchard Lane, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434, and had the opportunity to meet Rob Sanders. He has a down to earth personality and had a very kool demeanor about himself. He was easy to talk to and listened to my interests. I initially was going to visit the Ford dealership across the street, but decided to look at the Cadillac first. Upon meeting Rob, I expressed interest in a 2021 Cadillac CT4, with 5600 miles. I drove it around the parking lot with him in the passenger seat and we discussed the features of this car. I was impressed and asked him about the price and I wanted to compare that price to a new 2023 CT4. He asked me to look at one on the showroom floor, that was loaded with everything and was in the price range I was looking for. I decided to go with the 2023 CT4, which I was completely satisfied with. The process was very simple fast and thorough. Rob Sanders, explained everything clearly and it felt like I’ve known him all my life, by the way we communicated with each other. Rob, made my new car experience stress free, with zero anxiety. I also met the financial officer, Mario McIntosh who was just as kool, with a very down to earth personality. He was very clear when we negotiated the purchase and all he and Rob cared about was my satisfaction with the car I was buying. This was easily the best new car buying experience I’ve had and I would highly recommend anyone seeking to buy a new Cadillac. To give these two gentlemen a chance to put you in a Cadillac of your choosing, I assure you, you seriously won’t regret it. UPDATE: they just called me and said keys finally arrived. They were nice and kind. It’s just the lack of communication that bothered me. Hope it gets better Purchased a brand new 2021 CT5 from them. Within 1k miles, the ink on the key fob started fading out. I said to myself no big deal, I’ll have them take care of it on the next service. I go there to the service department for an oil change and pointed out the key issue. The service advisor Tom Antonelli stated that it’s on back order and it might take 2 weeks to get here, I told him no worries, I’m going out of town for two months anyways. I gave him a call after two months and he stated that the fob is still not here and that he will get with parts and call me back. Of course I never got a call a back and I call the next day and they told me they will let him know to call me and never did of course and never heard anything from parts or service. We ordered a new Cadillac XT 6 the beginning of September, 2022. We were told it would take about 12 weeks to be delivered due to manufacturing parts shortages. But it took almost 6 months for the car to be delivered the last week of February, 2023. In the meantime, our trade declined $3000 in value. Our salesman Rob and new car sales manager Jeff assured us they would do everything possible to make up for the delay and decline in value of our trade in. They did just that! Even though our trade was 6 months older, had 5000 more miles, and used car prices in general had declined, they honored our original difference price after the trade in was deducted. As we traded emails and phone conversations over the delayed delivery of the new car, they assured us they would take care of us and they did just that. They kept their word. They are honest and trustworthy and we would highly recommend them if you are purchasing a new car. They were great to work with. The delay was not a dealer problem but instead was a parts shortage problem at the Cadillac manufacturing facility. One other item: Our trade needed some repair during the waiting period. We hated spending money on a repair just before trading the car in. Their service department gave us a nice discount on the repair price. Thanks Jeff Schmitt Cadillac.

We knew which car we wanted to test drive (did our homework). Collin set up our test drive and away we went. Needless to say we purchased our first ever Cadillac. Hands down an all around excellent experience. For reference, I live 400 miles away from the dealership. I've been looking for a 2023 Escalade ESV for several weeks. I have contacted several dozen different dealerships in a 500 mile radius from my house because these are in short supply being a new model year. So many dealerships are taking advantage of customers and charging thousands over MSRP. You can imagine what a breath of fresh air it was when I contacted Jeff Schmitt and found they were an honest, fair dealership who was charing customers MSRP for these highly sought out vehicles. I was incredibly fortunate that they also had the exact model that I wanted. I started the buying process with their online specialist who put me in contact with sales consultant (Collin) who was amazing! He was patient with me and answered all my questions promptly. Once I decided I was purchasing the vehicle, the finance manager (Mario) walked me through all the options and made the deal happen in 12 hours despite me being so far away and it bordering on a holiday. The most amazing part is they found a driver to get the car to me (for a nominal charge to get the driver a hotel room .... since it was 16 hours of driving round trip). The car arrived when they said it would and it is absolutely perfect. I've bought five cars and this was by far the best dealership I've worked with. I would hands down recommend this dealership! As aside - I feel this also needs to be said to show what an amazing dealership Jeff Schmitt is .... Charging over MSRP is a practice that Cadillac president Stephan Carlisle warned against in a Feb 2022 memo. So many Cadillac dealerships say "well everyone else is doing it and we charge on the lower range so you should feel lucky to only pay $xxxxx over MSRP". A flawed argument that makes me very skeptical of the dealership practices. If a dealer is willing to charge over MSRP for your new car, they are probably also fleecing you on the service side. There were probably 10 dealerships that I talked to that were charging MSRP. In conclusion - if you are looking for a new car, make sure you contact Jeff Schmitt Cadillac because they are being honest and they make the process so easy!

My wife and I just leased a new XT4 Sport and we couldn’t be happier. It’s perfect since we’re starting a family soon and she needs a reliable safe vehicle to get around in. Collin was very professional, polite, informative, and kept us up to speed throughout the entire process which is doubly impressive since I can be a tough customer because I like to go over every little detail with a fine toothed comb. He explained everything to us in great detail, went through all the features and made himself available even on the weekends when I would ask him about the vehicle.
